Hi, I’m Marlee. I have shopped at My Favorite Books for many years and just recently started working here in January 2017. I love everything book related and this is basically my dream job! I’m also interested in writing, mainly fiction and poetry.

I’ll give any book a chance, but I mainly read literary and foreign fiction and classics. Favorite authors include Haruki Murakami, Fyodor Dostoyevsky, John Steinbeck, Virginia Woolf, and Stephen Crane. When I’m not reading or involved at TCC, I’m listening to or playing music. Although I enjoy almost every variety of rock music, I’ve also been playing classical piano for 10 years.
